2. What we do not use on this website

Based on the current codebase of this project, we do not install advertising pixels, remarketing tags, social media marketing trackers, or analytics packages such as Google Analytics. There is no marketing or behavioural tracking stack bundled in the application dependencies.

3. Cookies and technologies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary / functional

Our site is built with Next.js. Like most web applications, it may use cookies or similar storage that are strictly necessary for basic operation (for example security, load balancing, or session continuity where applicable). These are typically exempt from consent under EU guidance because they are essential to provide the service you request.

3.2 Fonts (Google Fonts)

Typography is loaded via Google Fonts (CSS is requested from Google’s servers when you open the site). Your browser may connect to Google and Google may process technical data (such as IP address) in line with Google’s terms. If you prefer to limit this, you can use browser privacy settings or extensions that block third-party requests; the site will still work with fallback system fonts.

3.3 Booking widgets (Smoobu) — only on the booking page

On /book, we embed calendar and booking tools provided by Smoobu (scripts loaded from login.smoobu.com). Those tools may set or read cookies and process personal data needed to show availability and process a booking. Use of these tools is tied to your interaction with the booking flow. 4. Legal bases (GDPR)

• Strictly necessary cookies: legitimate interest and/or necessary for the performance of a contract (providing the website and booking journey).
